REGULATIONS FOR TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS AT THE AIRPORT
What to do if you wish to take photos of the airport (terminal building, runway, air traffic control tower...)

Photos for private use (souvenirs) :
You may only take photos in the public areas on condition that the security rules in force are respected and that public order is not disrupted.

Photos for information purposes ( non commercial press reports) :
Photos in the public and restricted zone.
 

• You must first inform the airport's press officer, Mme Djoudi Clémence who will make the necessary arrangements with the people concerned ( police, gendarmes, customs officers, civil aviation authority, companies ) and look after you on site
• All operations within the reserved zone have to be authorised using a special procedure. This may take several days and it is recommended that you make your request well in advance.

• You must make your request in writing to the press officer, Mme Djoudi Clémence with a detailed account of the nature of your project (number and identity of persons involved, aims of the project, use of the material, equipment required).
• Once the conditions of the photos have been established and authorisation given, the Public Relations Services will put you in contact with the necessary people and give you the necessary authorisation.

Commercial photos are subject to royalties which will be billed by the Brive Dordogne Valley Airport. Permission for commercial photos may be temporarily withdrawn in certain circumstances (vigilance plan in action, degraded social climate)
